Ron Palitto

Consultant

Ron’s focus is on business process review and small business management consulting. Ron comes to ISI with over 33 years of manufacturing experience, starting as an on-the-line worker in the rubber industry all the way to an award winning manager and a 4-year run as president/CEO of VMI Americas®. He has designed new processes and spearheaded changes that have grown the companies for which he has worked. His business philosophies building on people, partnerships and alliances and leadership have made him a valuable resource for many companies. Using his extensive business experience in the field, Ron is highly adept at providing efficient and effective solutions to customer problems and concerns. He continues to leverage his vast experience and management techniques with each customer he supports through ISI. We at ISI try to emulate the high customer standards he has set for us all.

Bryon Palitto

Sales Manager

Bryon started off his career in technology working for the University of Akron troubleshooting programming problems. Also during college, he fulfilled a cooperative education assignment for the North East Ohio Regional Sewer District. As a second cooperative education project, he went to Harper Rose in Akron, OH as an entry level Systems Analyst, Programmer and Data Processing Manager. He later moved on to Curtis Research, Inc. in Akron, OH as an entry level Software Engineer. While there he was a Communications and Network Specialist as well. To gain additional sales experience Bryon went to work for CIBER, Inc. as an Account Manager. His work there included accounting, budgeting, sales planning, sales person development, consultant career development and planning, network and telephone system support and maintenance.

In 1999, recognizing the need for small businesses to maximize the use of their business software applications, Bryon decided to start a company, Intelligent Systems Integration, Inc. (ISI). The services are centered on business software (Accounting, ERP and CRM systems specifically) selection, implementation, integration, customization and maintenance. The expertise is in understanding, documenting and optimizing business processes and then helping customers to map these into business systems to enhance the true value of the software.
Managing multiple resources both inside and outside to accomplish project goals on time and on budget is what ISI strives for and delivers. ISI is not industry specific. ISI is focused on “Doing the right thing, at the right time, for the right reason!”

Eric Miller

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Eric Miller’s focus is accounting and finance. His position as Chief Financial Officer provides our team with the financial accountability that only his expertise can bring. He provides consulting services to our clients in such areas as accounting software and its integration into the business; financial process development and execution; tax support and preparation; business management; and financial statement preparation and analysis. In addition, Eric’s experience allows him to be a valuable resource in many other areas related to technology and running a business.

Eric’s work history includes over 5 years experience in Public Accounting at Hausser + Taylor working on audit, tax and consulting engagements.
Eric joined the ISI team in 2002. Being a CPA since 1999 has helped him look at the big picture to develop processes that are customized to meet the needs of our businesses and clients in an efficient manner. He develops systems wrapped around accounting software to give clients the financial output they need to run their business.

Eric is married and lives in Rittman. He and his wife appreciate the opportunity to be active in their church. They also enjoy traveling as the opportunities arise.
